Currently, NUGPay is only available on Android version phones. We are working on expanding it to iOS devices.
It’s free to use. We are happy to fulfill your financial requirements. However, for the first time, it will cost 3,000 Ks to activate the account. You can buy an activation Top Up Code for 10,000 Ks and activate the account. After that, you can continue to use the remaining 7000 Ks balance.
The available duration after one activation is “one year”. You will need to reactivate the account for the next year.
Transactions from NUGPay account to NUGPay account are free of charge. Cash Out or refunds are subject to a fee based on the user’s Third Party bank account. The fee is charged by a Third Party and does not apply to NUGPay.
Type in the NUGPay Account Address or scan the QR code of the person that you are willing to send money. You will need to submit your secret PIN number to order the transaction.
Contact your respective Authorized Agent to exchange DMMK and Top up the NUGPay account. You will receive one time Top Up Code after making payment.
There is no limit for daily transactions.
There is no limit for monthly transactions.
There is no limit for one transaction.
If you remember the secret phrase and 6-digit PIN you created at the time of account creation, you will be able to log back into your account on any phone.
